Think Aspects was formed out of a genuine concern and love for small and micro business and the small business leaders who strive to make a difference – to themselves, their families, their staff as well as our society and world.
We strive to run our business in support of enlightened entrepreneurship principles, where we focus on the sustainable values and benefits – not just the immediate return.
Small business has a large role to play in our society in creating wealth for all, rather than focusing on the selfish exploitation of people and natural resources. We thoroughly enjoy working with other entrepreneurs who share this vision and have partnered with specialists in complimentary fields to our own, so that we can offer a service range beyond what is described on this website.
We have been active in numerous initiatives over the years in an effort to make a real difference to the world around us. This includes active entrepreneurship training and business development workshops that we have rendered in partnership with the Mogale City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) as well as the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ROCCI).
In 2006 we were one of the founding members of the BNI Cradle Chapter in Krugersdorp, and have been active members of BNI (Business Network International) ever since. Both of our directors are currently serving in Leadership roles in two Johannesburg based Chapters. Peter Bolgann served as Chapter President in the BNI Legacy Chapter in Fourways during 2014/15 and developed the Chapter to become the largest in Africa, earning him recognition as BNI President of The Year in the Johannesburg North and West Region. Peter is currently serving a second term as President. Vanessa Bolgann served as Vice President in the BNI The Hub Chapter in Sandton during 2015/16 and is currently serving as Chapter President, having developed her Chapter to the best performing Chapter in the Region.
For several years we rendered our social responsibility efforts as members of the Rotary Club of Krugersdorp, focusing on upliftment in our local community.
We conceptualised and launched an entrepreneurship initiative called The Westrand Innovator Awards Competition in 2008. This initiative was sponsored and supported by others such as FNB, ROCCI and Clem Sunter in an effort to bring aspiring local entrepreneurs much needed support.
Through our previous business, Bolgann Printing and Graphics, and with Think Aspects we have won countless business awards, most notably the Mogale Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Business Achiever Awards for 5 years running (2005 – 2009), as well as 2 Service Excellence Awards from the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry and 3 National Minuteman Press Franchise awards for Marketing and Customer Service.
Think Aspects is an exempted micro enterprise. We embrace the spirit of inclusion and sustainable growth, value added partnerships and ubuntu in our daily dealings with clients, partners and suppliers.
Think Aspects is 50% non-white female owned and managed.
